Salary Range: £56,875 – £66,354 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of new research projects, including writing study protocols and analysis plans.
- Engage with international and local scientific partners to enhance research credibility and uptake.
- Contribute to funding acquisition and ethical approval processes for new studies.
- Supervise in-country research teams and oversee the planning and implementation of studies.
- Provide training and support to field teams on data collection and monitoring.
- Perform data analysis using Stata or R and write peer-reviewed manuscripts.
- Present findings at conferences and collaborate on external communication efforts.
Requirements:
- Masters/PhD in Public Health, Nutrition, or related field.
- 6+ years (Masters) or 4+ years (PhD) of experience in health/nutrition research project design and implementation.
- Experience in community-based management of acute malnutrition (CMAM) is strongly preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with statistical software (STATA or R).
- Proficiency in English and working proficiency in French.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, including to IRC country offices and field sites.
