We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer (NOA) to join our team in Caracas, Venezuela. As an HR Officer (NOA), you will provide strategic support to our team, focusing on recruitment, talent management, and training and development. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic support to the team on HR-related matters
Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
Develop and implement talent management programs
Design and deliver training and development programs
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in HR
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
