Educational and Professional Requirements

Background and Responsibilities
The Justiรงa 4.0 program, initiated in 2020, focuses on developing and improving technological solutions to make judicial services more efficient and accessible to the Brazilian population. This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals and the UN’s Agenda 2030.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record project actions, define goals, and prioritize deliverables.
- Identify, document, manage, and resolve project issues.
- Assist in planning and implementing project activities to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Handle administrative processes related to system development in coordination with designated supervisors.
- Provide technical support for project initiatives, organizing external and internal strategies to meet demands.
- Conduct missions, meetings, and other activities for action plan execution and product quality monitoring.
- Perform additional duties as required for project success.

- 7 years (with High School) or 4 years (with Bachelorโs) of relevant project management experience.
- Oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in information technology
- Office package knowledge
- Desired Experience:
- Project management in Information Technology
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Public sector or judiciary-related project experience
