- Location: Flexible, with travel to project locations
- Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours/week), initially for one year with the possibility of extension

π Your Role & Responsibilities
As a key member of our Grant Management Team, you will oversee contract and project management for Oxfam projects in humanitarian aid, transitional assistance, and development cooperation. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring Compliance with Donor Guidelines
- Provide expert advice and support to Oxfam country offices on donor regulations.
- Ensure adherence to funding guidelines, including BHO, ANBest/BNBest, UvGO, and FΓΆRiLi.
- Act as the primary liaison between Oxfam, donors, and partners regarding compliance matters.
2. Monitoring and Managing Donor-Funded Projects
- Regularly track project progress, ensuring goals and milestones are met.
- Oversee financial flows to guarantee effective resource utilization.
- Conduct detailed reviews of internal financial reports, framework agreements, and partner contracts.
- Ensure supporting documents (e.g., vouchers, agreements) meet audit standards.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accountability.
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare financial and narrative reports, including logframes and proof of fund usage.
- Collaborate with teams to draft project proposals for institutional donors.
- Maintain accurate project data in Excel and internal project management software.
4. Capacity Building & Field Visits
- Conduct on-site project visits for monitoring, evaluation, and training.
- Facilitate workshops to enhance compliance knowledge among field staff.
- Provide mentorship and capacity-building support to country offices.
5. Stakeholder Communication
- Regularly communicate with donors, project partners, and Oxfam colleagues.
- Foster strong relationships to enhance collaboration and project success.

π― Your Profile: Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic professional with the following qualifications and skills:
β Education:
- A degree in business administration, finance, international development, or a related field.
β Experience:
- Several years of experience in project management, finance, or grants administration.
- At least one year of experience working outside Europe is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of German institutional donors (GFFO, BMZ, GIZ, KfW).
β Technical Skills:
- Exceptional numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Experience with project management tools and compliance frameworks.
β Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- High intercultural competence and ability to work in diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging environments.
- Fluency in English and German (French is an asset).
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally, including to remote areas.
