Background & Job Description
I’m sharing this independently—this isn’t from WIC directly but an opportunity advertised for young digital influencers. The World Internet Conference’s Global Youth Leadership Program (GYLP) invites exceptional professionals under 45 to take part in forums, training, research, and network-building. Since launching in 2023, dozens from 85+ countries have joined. Selected participants will attend the Wuzhen Summit, speak at the Youth Forum, receive travel support, and gain ongoing access to GYLP events.
Tasks

Speak at the Global Youth Leadership Forum during the Wuzhen Summit.

Engage in international training and field research with ICT leaders.

Conduct research on internet technology, industry trends, or governance.

Contribute to policy recommendations and international digital cooperation.
Qualifications
Education & Certification

Demonstrated achievements in ICT, digital policy, internet startup, research, or digital public interest.

Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Experience
-
Role in policy-making, digital governance, leadership in tech or internet research, or public-interest work related to digital inclusion.

International or cross-disciplinary perspective.
