Tasks
Depending on the track assigned, graduates will take part in the following responsibilities:
Programme & Policy Stream:
- Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring UNDP’s global development projects.

- Participate in digital innovation and data transformation initiatives.
Corporate Operations Stream:

Qualifications
Education and Certification
- Candidates must be recent graduates from UNDP programme countries.
- Option 1: A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Development Studies, International Relations, Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or Business Administration, with no more than one year of relevant work experience.
- Option 2: A Bachelor’s degree in similar relevant fields with 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience
- Demonstrated passion and interest in international development, public policy, or institutional operations.
- Experience in research, policy analysis, project implementation, or digital transformation is advantageous.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and intercultural skills.
- Willingness to relocate internationally and adapt to multicultural environments for the full two-year assignment.
