Operations Associate
We are seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join our team at UN Women. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the Communications and Advocacy team by performing a variety of standard administrative processes, including financial, procurement, and human resources tasks. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality and accurate work, and your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our financial and administrative records.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Financial Strategies and Perform Financial Transactions
Developing and executing financial strategies is crucial for any organization. Key tasks include making various payments, creating and managing budgets, and performing comprehensive financial reporting to ensure the financial health of the organization.
Monitor and Verify Financial Transactions
It is essential to monitor financial transactions closely. This involves identifying and correcting any errors that may arise, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and accounted for. Continuous verification helps maintain the integrity of financial records.
Provide Financial and Budgetary Advice

Coordinate Procurement Processes
Proper coordination of procurement processes, including the preparation and execution of Requests for Quotations, Invitations to Bid, and Requests for Proposals, is fundamental. Effective procurement strategies ensure that the organization gets the best value for its expenditures.
Organize Administrative Human Resources Services
