🎨 Scope of Work

The selected graphic artist will be responsible for:

• Designing and delivering high-quality visual materials, both digital and print.

• Developing branded content for campaigns, reports, publications, and events.

• Collaborating with Plan International’s communications and program teams.

• Ensuring timely and consistent delivery of all creative assets.

• Revising designs based on stakeholder feedback.

• Adhering to Plan International’s brand guidelines across all materials.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Education and Certification:

• Formal training or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory if a strong portfolio is presented.

Experience:

• Proven experience in graphic design for development, humanitarian, or non-profit sectors.

• Strong portfolio of past work demonstrating versatility and creativity.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience working with branding guidelines and managing long-term creative projects.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage feedback constructively.
