π¨ Scope of Work
The selected graphic artist will be responsible for:

Designing and delivering high-quality visual materials, both digital and print.

Developing branded content for campaigns, reports, publications, and events.

Collaborating with Plan Internationalβs communications and program teams.

Ensuring timely and consistent delivery of all creative assets.

Revising designs based on stakeholder feedback.

Adhering to Plan Internationalβs brand guidelines across all materials.
β Eligibility Criteria
Education and Certification:
-
Formal training or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory if a strong portfolio is presented.

Experience:

Proven experience in graphic design for development, humanitarian, or non-profit sectors.

Strong portfolio of past work demonstrating versatility and creativity.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience working with branding guidelines and managing long-term creative projects.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage feedback constructively.
