💼 The Role: Research and Communications Fellow
As Research and Communications Fellow, you will work closely with the DLD’s three co-directors to execute a wide array of institutional activities. Your primary responsibility will be to produce a series of impactful case studies that reflect DLD’s unique interdisciplinary ethos and thought leadership.
From coordinating dialogue events and publications to synthesizing complex discussions into accessible, action-oriented insights, this role requires a dynamic thinker who can straddle both strategic communication and academic rigor.

- Supporting the co-directors in the design and delivery of the DLD programme.
- Leading the creation of a series of case studies based on past and ongoing DLD activities.
- Coordinating with stakeholders involved in DLD events, including senior leaders from politics, academia, civil society, and international organizations.
- Synthesizing insights from dialogue sessions and converting them into publicly accessible formats.
- Contributing to communications strategies and outreach materials.
- Supporting the planning and execution of high-level lectures, leadership programmes, and thematic dialogues.
