Main Responsibilities
The Program Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to leadership and programme teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Administrative Support
- Managing high volumes of emails
- Processing expenses and reimbursements
- Supporting special projects
- Maintaining records and documentation
Calendar Management
- Coordinating complex schedules
- Organizing meetings across time zones
- Managing calendar conflicts
- Supporting leadership planning
Team Coordination
- Assisting with onboarding activities
- Supporting team operations
- Maintaining SharePoint resources
- Supporting organizational culture initiatives
Event & Logistics Support
- Coordinating meetings and workshops
