Three Professional Rotations
Each participant completes three mandatory rotations of approximately eight months each, including:

Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the 2027 cohort, applicants must generally:
Nationality
Hold the nationality of a World Bank Group member country.
Education
Have completed a master’s degree or higher qualification in a relevant field before the programme start date. Applicants pursuing a doctorate may count qualifying doctoral research toward the experience requirement if the written work is substantially complete before the start date.
Professional Experience
Have 2 to 6 years of relevant professional experience. Eligible doctoral research, relevant part-time work, and some internships may count toward this requirement where specified by the programme.
Language
Demonstrate an excellent command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
