About the Role
As a Business Development Writer, you will play a central role in helping CRS secure funding for humanitarian and development programmes by producing high-quality, donor-focused proposals. Working as part of the Global Business Development Support Team, you will collaborate with technical experts, programme staff, proposal coordinators, and partner organizations to develop competitive submissions for major international donors.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Proposal Development
- Lead the writing of concept notes, expressions of interest, and full proposals.
- Develop proposal outlines and technical narratives.

- Produce persuasive, donor-focused content aligned with donor requirements.
- Coordinate with proposal managers and technical teams throughout proposal development.
Proposal Editing

Strategic Proposal Support

Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in international development.
- At least 3 years of experience writing competitive donor proposals or persuasive technical communications.

- Strong command of AP Style.
