Mercy Corps is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Mobilization Officer (Consultant) to lead a high-impact enterprise technology assessment that will shape the organization’s future digital transformation strategy. Job Title: Chief Technology Mobilization Officer (Consultant)

Purpose of the Consultancy

Mercy Corps is undertaking a strategic assessment of its global technology environment to prepare for the appointment of a permanent Chief Technology Officer.

The consultant will:

  • Identify operational risks and technology gaps.
  • Improve alignment across headquarters, regional offices, and country programmes.
  • Recommend short-term stabilization priorities.
  • Prepare a comprehensive onboarding package for the future Chief Technology Officer.

Importantly, this consultancy is diagnostic and preparatory and is not intended to develop the organization’s long-term enterprise technology strategy, which will be led by the future permanent CTO.
