Key Responsibilities
The Chief Operating Officer will:
Lead Strategic Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Oxfam International Secretariat
- Support countries and regional teams

Support Organizational Transformation
- Implement Oxfam’s transformation agenda
- Simplify organizational systems
- Improve effectiveness and efficiency

Strengthen Governance and Sustainability
