Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Lead the organization’s governance framework.
- Develop and oversee enterprise risk management systems.

- Coordinate Board and committee governance processes.
- Strengthen internal policies and compliance procedures.
- Monitor organizational risk and recommend mitigation strategies.

Eligibility Requirements
