About the Role

The Responsible Data Analyst will support the implementation of CRS’s Responsible Data Policy and ensure compliance with global privacy and data protection standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with country programs, legal teams, compliance specialists, information technology departments, and regional stakeholders to strengthen data privacy practices across the organization.

The role covers programs and operations throughout the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

Data Protection Compliance

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring applicable privacy regulations.
  • Providing data protection guidance to country offices.
  • Supporting implementation of responsible data policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with privacy requirements across projects.

Privacy Impact Assessments

The analyst will:

  • Coordinate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).

Data Governance

Experience

  • Experience conducting Privacy Impact Assessments.
  • Experience managing personal data incidents.
  • Knowledge of data mapping and data subject rights processes.
