Background & Job Description
UN Women is recruiting a Programme Analyst – Global Learning Hub (P‑2) located in Bonn, Germany, to support the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF). This position is vital to UN Women’s mission of empowering women and advancing gender equality in peacebuilding and humanitarian settings.
Operating from the WPHF Global Learning Hub, the Programme Analyst will oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and capacity-strengthening initiatives. Tasks
The Programme Analyst will be responsible for:

Designing and implementing learning modules and training curricula under the Global Learning Hub

Supporting programme monitoring, budgeting, and donor reporting

Providing technical assistance and capacity development to WPHF partners

Producing knowledge products—including advocacy materials, donor briefs, and event resources

Managing relationships with civil society and institutional stakeholders

Qualifications
Education and Certification
-
Master’s degree in International Relations, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Gender Studies, or a related field

A Bachelor’s degree plus two additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a master’s degree

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in international development, programme implementation, training, M&E, or donor reporting

Experience with Women, Peace and Security or Gender in Humanitarian Action is essential

Proven ability to collaborate with civil society, donors, or government stakeholders

Language Requirements

Fluency in English is required
