The United Nations, in collaboration with the Government of Portugal, is now accepting nominations for the 2025 UN‑Portugal Ocean Fellowship — a prestigious capacity‑building program supporting Sustainable Ocean Governance and the Blue Economy.

Taking place in Portugal from October 20–24, 2025, the fellowship will host up to 30 high-level participants from developing economies for five days of advanced learning and policy dialogue. The goal is to strengthen global capacity to implement SDG 14: Life Below Water, foster marine sustainability, and promote regional and international cooperation in ocean affairs.

💼 Who Should Apply?
